Separate database and keys

Your data sits in its own database. We store sensitive data in it encrypted, with a key of its own for your workspace. met through verifiable deletion. DPA included. EU hosting in Germany, in ISO 27001-certified data centres.

Transpareo Vault: ten years, immutable

Once your DPPs are registered with the EU register, every DPP version is written to a separate, write-protected archive - ten years retention. Neither the issuer nor Transpareo can change or delete it afterwards.

Signature verified in the browser

Every DPP version carries two independent signatures, from the issuer and from Transpareo - you can hold the issuer key yourself, via your own signing endpoint. The Transpareo Time Machine verifies them directly on the visitor’s device, independently of us.

QES on EU registrations

Before its first entry in the EU DPP register, , the highest level of trust in EU law, and . This capability is planned for as soon as the eIDAS legal act and the register interface are final.

Access levels

Protected DPP content for partners, suppliers and authorities

Not every piece of information belongs in the public DPP. Data sheets, supplier prices or batch histories stay reserved for business partners - the public passport shows only what the end consumer is meant to see. Transpareo controls precisely who sees which fields - from suppliers to supervisory authorities.

Per user group

Release fields specifically for suppliers, distributors or individual partners.

Protected by sign-in

Protected fields appear only once an authorised partner signs in to the product passport. The printed QR code alone releases only the public data.

Authority access

Market surveillance and inspection authorities receive their own read key, limited to specified issuers and separate from the write key. Every access is logged - and stays reachable, even if the issuer cancels.

Every product passport is a landing page

Compliance is the obligation. Marketing is the bonus. Transpareo makes both possible: every QR scan becomes a customer contact - with tools embedded directly in the product passport.

Configurable lead form
