What your legal team checks

Six building blocks that technically safeguard the core GDPR, NIS2 and ESPR requirements and make them independently verifiable.

Separate database and keys

Your data sits in its own database with its own key, separated at both the database and encryption level. EU hosting in Germany.

Vault: ten years, immutable

Once your DPPs are registered with the EU register, every DPP version is archived write-protected for ten years - neither the issuer nor Transpareo can change it afterwards.

Signed DPP versions

Every DPP version carries two independent signatures, from the issuer and from Transpareo. You can hold the issuer key yourself via your own signing endpoint - Transpareo never sees it.

QES on EU registrations

Every submission to the EU DPP register is to be sealed with a qualified electronic seal under eIDAS - the highest level of trust in EU law. This capability is planned for as soon as the eIDAS legal act and the register interface are final.

Authority API for regulators

A dedicated read key, limited to specified issuers and separate from the write key, with an audit log for every access.

Data portability and DPA

Data processing agreement included, all sub-processors disclosed. Data export under GDPR Art. 20.
