  1. 패스는 귀하가 이미 보유하고 있는 설명서 그 이상입니다. 적합성 선언서는 한 번 서명하면 끝나는 한 장의 문서입니다. 반면 패스는 식별 정보, 제조업체, 적합성 진술, 표준 및 향료 성분을 정해진 구조에 따라 담고 있습니다. 세관 시스템은 사람의 개입 없이 이를 자동으로 판독합니다. 현재 보유하고 계신 선언서는 훌륭한 초안입니다.
  2. 화학 물질 규제는 끊임없이 변화합니다. 새로운 규정은 기존 규정보다 더 많은 물질을 금지하며, 여기에는 PFAS와 특정 비스페놀이 포함됩니다. 물질 목록은 위임 법령을 통해 확대될 수 있습니다. 모든 업데이트는 이미 시중에 유통 중인 제품에 적용됩니다. Transpareo에서는 모든 변경 사항이 동일한 패스의 새로운 서명된 버전으로 생성됩니다.

    장난감 안전에 관한 규정 (EU) 2025/2509가 관보에 게재되었다. 이 규정은 장난감 지침 2009/48/EG를 대체한다. 각국의 이행 조치는 이제 단일하고 직접 적용되는 규정 체계로 통합된다.

  2. 2026년 1월 1일

    기존 재고는 시장 점유율을 유지한다

  7. 2031년 2월 1일
    기존 형식 승인서의 유효기간이 만료됩니다

    지침 2009/48/EC에 따른 EC 형식시험 인증서는 만료일이 그보다 앞선 경우가 아닌 한, 해당 날짜까지 유효합니다. 이러한 인증서를 근거로 하는 경우, 그 이전에 새로운 평가를 계획해야 합니다.

  8. 시판 10년 후
    여권의 유효 기간

    제조업체는 당국에 제출할 기술 문서와 인증서를 10년 동안 보관해야 합니다. 따라서 2031년에 시판된 장난감은 2041년까지 해당 인증서를 보유해야 합니다.

  9. 법령에 따라
    화학은 끊임없이 변화하고 있다

여권을 분실하거나 잘못 발급받은 경우 비용이 얼마나 드나요?
